Mr. Ronald Rieder has 30 years of corporate finance and business experience. Recently he acted as the President and CEO for a Uranium exploration company assisting in the formation of a 4 company syndicate to explore over 700,000 acres of prospective land in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan, Canada. Immediately prior to this, he was the Vice President, Corporate Finance for a gold exploration company where he assisted in raising in excess of $20 million dollars over a 3 year period. Mr. Rieder’s diverse ventures include: hosting a financial radio show, writing a newsletter focused on building a successful portfolio of micro-cap investment ideas for his clients, and vetting numerous business plans. He has been active in almost all facets of business.

Marc Blythe, P.Eng.

Mr. Blythe has extensive international mining and mineral exploration experience for gold, copper, silver, nickel and zinc. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from La Trobe University in Melbourne and a Bachelor of Mining Engineering degree from the Western Australian School of Mines. He has evaluated numerous projects worldwide, providing advice on project transactions and the associated debt and equity financing, to buyers, sellers and financial institutions. Mr. Blythe has managed mines for both Placer Dome and WMC Resources (formerly Western Mining Corporation) during his 22 year mining career. He has a strong understanding of mine feasibility and led two feasibility studies which resulted in successful operating mines; the Raleigh Mine and the Bullant Mine, both located near Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. The Raleigh Mine exceeded its projected production rate, in part due to the development of innovative mining methods by Mr. Blythe. During his tenure as Corporate Senior Mining Engineer for Placer Dome Inc. based in Vancouver he completed internal and external mine evaluations, including advising on potential acquisitions and mining technology implementation. Recently Mr. Blythe was President & CEO of Tarsis Resources Ltd. until its merger with Alianza Minerals Ltd. in 2015. Mr. Blythe holds a Western Australian First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency and is a member of The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, the British Columbia and Yukon Chamber of Mines and a director of the Yukon Minerals Advisory Board which gives advice to Yukon Government on mining and exploration matters.

John Kanderka, B.Sc.

Mr. Kanderka has more than 35 years of experience as a Landman in the oil and gas industry and has held many surface, mineral, gas marketing and administrative positions with Poco Petroleums Ltd., Wellore Energy Inc. and Voyager Energy Inc. among others. Mr. Kanderka was a Co-Founder and the Landman for Trimox Energy Inc. and Terraquest Energy Corporation, both successful oil and gas production companies built from the ground up and later bought out by Canext Energy Ltd. and Masters Energy Inc. respectively. Mr. Kanderka was Vice President, Land at Richland Petroleum Corporation when it merged with Provident Energy Trust. Mr. Kanderka became Vice President of Land at Baytex Energy as the result of a merger with Dorset Exploration Ltd., a corporation with over one million undeveloped acres of land. Mr. Kanderka has been a Member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen (CAPL) since 1977 and has held the Certification as a Professional Landman since 1991.

Wes Adam

Wes Adams represents the third generation of a mining family that has owned and operated Coal, Uranium and Gold Mines in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and Guyana, South America. He started his career in Guyana, as project operations manager for ETK Inc., a privately owned gold exploration company, which discovered and developed the multi-million ounce Toroparu Gold Deposit. ETK went public in 2009 via a reverse take-over of TSX Venture Exchange listed Sandspring Resources. At Sandspring, Adams served as Investor Relations Manager and assisted in raising nearly $100M CDN in public equity offerings over the course of five years. In 2014, Adams left Sandspring to pursue opportunities in the oil and gas sector and founded Energy Fuels Environmental, LLC, a privately owned energy services company operating in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming. After three successful years, he negotiated the sale of his company’s assets to a multi-billion dollar NYSE listed midstream energy operator.
